Any idea who the new owners are? Or are the current owners fixing it up themselves?
Yes, one of my friends bought it. He took possesion on April Fool's Day...but guess what...the past owners have yet to leave.
Very cool! I'm thoroughly jealous of whoever bought the place. I am eager to see what their vision for it is!
