I can attest to the commotion this dog caused (see my reflection in the window? I was THERE, baby). When Ruby started photographing the animal--after politely asking the owners permission, a gaggle of young Japanese women appeared from nowhere and began snapping away like paparizzi, giggling like school girls (or a certain someone from Old Blighty) and chattering non-stop in a pidgin of French, Japanese, and English. They got so excited they even chased Ruby down the street.
