was so touched by the story of Louie. I am passionate about Chihuahuas.Mine is 2 1/2 pounds and somewhat similar in appearance with black/white and getting old grey markings.perhaps we can meet some day. I live in the area. My heart goes out to you.

Rubyyyyy,

I'm so sorry to hear the news of Louie. Believe it or not, I was JUST talking about him and his long life the other day. My mom called and had to put my cat of 18 yrs to sleep the other day, and my other super close friend lost her 5 yr old golden retriever to cancer last week.

It's never easy to lose a member of the family. Louie was a fantastic dog. I thought I would share a picture of him with you that we took while we were there.

Enjoy your memories and know that a lot of people loved that little guy. He was something special to live that long.

Much love,
Steven Smith

"I drink the wine and put aside the glass, but the taste lingers, Lolyngton, the taste lingers!"

a quote from a book by Louie L'Amour

we all miss the pup, yet he too lingers.
